Under-fire Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho took charge of training on Wednesday afternoon as he looks to revive his squad of struggling stars.

Mourinho"s job is hanging by a thread following Chelsea"s ninth Premier League defeat of the season against Leicester on Monday night.

The 52-year-old seemed to be in a sombre mood at Chelsea"s Cobham training base as he put stars including John Terry, Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa through their paces.

Mourinho"s side face a crucial Premier League clash against fellow strugglers Sunderland at Stamford Bridge on Saturday having picked up just one point from their last three league games.

Defeat against Sam Allardyce"s Sunderland would surely spell the end of Mourinho"s tenure in west London with club owner Roman Abramovich giving serious consideration to firing Chelsea"s most successful manager.

As revealed by Sportsmail"sNeil Ashton, Abramovich knows he would be forced to pay Mourinho over 40million if he fires the Chelsea manager.

Saturday: Sunderland (h) Chelsea have won just one of their last four meetings with Sunderland.

Boxing day: Watford (h) The Hornets have the second-best form in the league, winning four of their last six games.

Buying out his four-year, 250,000-a-week deal is one of the main reasons behind the reluctance to sack Mourinho so soon after agreeing a new contract.

Mourinho agreed to sign a new deal towards the end of last season but the club waited until August before officially announcing the new agreement.

After winning the title so comprehensively, Chelsea believed Mourinho was the world"s greatest manager and agreed a straight four-year term without negotiating a settlement clause in case they were forced to sack him.

Although Abramovich will meet the 40m compensation package if necessary, it would be the second time he has forked out a small fortune to get rid of Mourinho.

Its been quite a crazy few days in the beauty industry. First, there was the Lip Kit by Kylie and then the Tom Ford lippie named after rapper Drake, both of which got sold out in a record-breaking amount of time. And now, makeup artist Pat McGraths Phantom 002, which just dropped earlier today, sold out in exactly 57 minutes and two seconds.

The makeup kit consists of four multi-use pigments which can be used for the eyes, lips, and cheeks, a black gel eyeliner, a blender, and a flat brush. The vivid foil pigments in bold fuchsia, blue, gold, and copper can be layered according to desired intensity and are definitely in line with Pats aesthetics that can go from futuristic and edgy to dangerously glamorous.

No word yet has been released on when new stocks will be coming out. So just keep an eye on her website where the kits are sold exclusively.

Pat McGrath has been the makeup artist behind many iconic covers for Vogue, W, Harpers Bazaar, and i-D, as well as campaigns and runway looks for Miu Miu, Prada, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, and Dolce and Gabbana. The 18-year NBA referee has told Yahoo Sports he is gay after Sacramento Kings guard Rajon Rondo directed a gay slur at him during a Dec. 3 game. Kennedy tells Yahoo that he is proud to be an NBA referee and I am proud to be a gay man, adding that he chose to come out in hopes of sending a message that you must allow no one to make you feel ashamed of who you are. Rondo was suspended one game by the NBA for his actions. He apologized Monday; the Kings said his comments were disrespectful and offensive.

Justin Bieber was seen cozying up to a Kardashian Friday night in Los Angeles.

The singer and Kourtney Kardashian were spotted spending some quality time together at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood, where Bieber performed two songs.

"He and Kourtney were nearly inseparable smoking on the patio together and were super touchy feely," a source tells PEOPLE.

They kept the party going, leaving The Nice Guy together to hit up another West Hollywood hotspot.

"They went to Blind Dragon afterwards," the source says. "Kourtney left around 12:45 a.m. and Justin left around 1:30 a.m."

Bieber posted a photo with a mystery women, captioning it "Lord knows," which fans speculated was a reference Disick"s nickname The Lord. However, paparazzi photos later revealed that the mystery woman in the Instagram post was not Kardashian.

Bieber has palled around with the Kardashian family in the past. In May, Bieber posted a photo of himself horsing around in a pool with Disick and Kardashian"s son Mason.

"Mason is as cool as a fan," he captioned the photo.
