Aaron Rodgers" family drama is about to be exposed

Plants Vs. Zombies 2 [126]: Aaron Rodgers Tackles In

So much for an Aaron Rodgers cameo on The Bachelorette.

With JoJo Fletcher set to visit the hometowns of her four remaining suitors next week, the Texas-bred beauty will be making a pit stop in Jordan Rodgers neighborhood in California. And while most of the Rodgers clan will be present for the meet-and-greet, the Green Bay Packers quarterback will be MIA as a result of his frosty relationship with his reality star brother.

My middle brother wont be there, Jordan told JoJo during Mondays episode. Like I said, I have a great relationship with my brother Luke.Me and Aaron really dont have much of a relationship.

Jordan previously saidhis bond with Aaron was complicatedon a podcast last month. He decided to elaborate, he said, for the sake of his lady love.

Its just kind of the way hes chosen to do life, and I chose to stay close with my family, my parents and my brother, Jordan continued. Its not ideal, and I love him. I cant imagine what its like to be in his shoes and have the pressure he has and the demands from people he has. Dont have hard feelings against him.Its just how things go right now.

Jordan, aformer Vanderbilt quarterbackwhos now retired from football, assumed his Super Bowl-winning sibling had seen an episode or two of The Bachelorette. And with the eldest Rodgers sibling, Luke, set to make his debut next week (judging by the previews), theres more to Jordans tale than hes letting on.

Its something we dont really talk about a whole lot, Luke shares with JoJo.

Looks like the Rodgers familys dirty laundry is heading to prime time whether Aaron likes it or not.

Being Tim Duncan

Tim Duncan & Gregg Popovich - Draft Night to Retirement

When I was a kid, my favorite baseball players were Carl Yastrzemski and Jim Rice of the Red Sox, but in the National League, it was Willie Stargell. Great hitters. One team guys.

When we said goodbye to them at the end of their careers, it was goodbye. Not like now, when you have the heartache of getting beat by the guy you rooted for last year. We pretend it doesnt hurt.

It wasnt unusual to stay in one city, and not because you were stuck there. Mike Schmidt was a Phillie, but couldve gone anywhere. Lou Whitaker and Alan Trammell were career-long team-mates in Detroit, when it was not easy to be a Tiger. Premier QBs like Staubach and Elway. Tons of NHL players too.

I get why that changed, and Im not kvetching, but it makes Tim Duncans run here in San Antonio special. Guys dont do it that way anymore.

In fact, the more I think about his retirement, the more I think we may not see his kind again. One city. No off-season drama. Zen-like focus and contentment. He was happy here. He wouldve been happy anywhere.

Watching him play basketball reminds you of whoever taught you to play the game. Fundamental. Not selfish. Pass. Help your team mates. Win with everyone, not a solo act. Practice. You make a basket, you get down the other end. Not look around to see if everyone, or anyone, noticed. Your postgame interview was your game. What I did out there, yeah, thats my statement. Genial to fans, but not trying too hard. Generous when no ones looking. Not a clown, but humble and humorous enough to make those ridiculous yet lovable HEB commercials. And look at the camera like, can you believe were doing this?

Come to think of it, maybe we will see his kind again. I thought his kind was gone 20 years ago, but suddenly, there he was. Maybe being Tim Duncan is the dream, to some kid messing around after school, a hoop over the garage door. I specifically wanted to be Yaz.

Probably someone, somewhere, on a playground or driveway, specifically wants to be Tim. Good luck, kid.

Who"s likely to get top jobs in Theresa May"s cabinet?

Theresa May set to be new U.K. prime minister by Wednesday
Image copyright AFP/Getty

Most of the tension around here today is in the Labour Party.

The shadow cabinet is just finishing up, and the party machine is preparing for a crucial, emergency meeting of its National Executive Committee this afternoon.

At that meeting, a decision is meant to be made on how the party"s rules around a leadership contest work.

The question: Does an existing party leader need to get the nominations of MPs to get their name onto the ballot for the vote? Or does the party"s leader automatically get on to the ballot?

The party"s official legal advice is understood to say that the leader does require fresh nominations. Legal advice sought by Jeremy Corbyn says the opposite, that he, or frankly any leader, has an automatic right to be on the voting paper.

It matters so much because Labour is now into a leadership contest, and hardly anyone believes that Jeremy Corbyn would get enough support from MPs to get on to the ballot this time round.

The NEC is meant to decide what the actual position is this afternoon. Whatever it rules, both sides are so dug in that there could be a legal challenge. Extraordinary as this is, if the party officially rules that Corbyn does not have an automatic place, he might take the party he leads to court.

If the NEC rules that he does have that automatic place, then a different chunk of the party machine might take that decision to court too. You read that correctly - one part of the Labour machine might, by the end of the day, be taking another part of it to court.

Meanwhile, David Cameron has chaired his last cabinet, the removal vans are parked up at the back of Downing Street, and the Tories are embarking on one of Westminster"s favourite pastimes - guess the cabinet.

There are, of course, all sorts of theories, suggestions, plots about plots, and hot tips - it"s the kind of place where everyone likes to feel they are the first to know - but frankly, few do.

Theresa May is someone who keeps her views close to her and her small team - so guesses are just that, a stab in the dark.

However, for fun, even just so I can be proved wrong in the next couple of days, here are a few shots at it after conversations with various different players in the game.

There is a consensus that Philip Hammond, the foreign secretary, will become the chancellor, doing what might be one of the most powerful job swaps in the land with George Osborne.

After too long in the Treasury bunker, most people expect him to be moved out. Chris Grayling is likely to head up the negotiations over us leaving the EU, in charge at whatever ministry is created to mastermind that process.

Image copyright AFP/Getty Image caption Will Michael Gove and Boris Johnson feature in Theresa May"s cabinet?

As a prominent Eurosceptic who didn"t get down in the gutter in the campaign, he is likely to rise, having run Theresa May"s short campaign too.

James Brokenshire, Theresa May"s long-serving Home Office minister, is likely to be put in charge at that department - not a bad reward for years of having to defend the government"s struggling immigration policy at the despatch box.

Stephen Crabb is likely to be left where he is, John Whittingdale might be moved out of the culture brief, potentially to be replaced with Damian Green, a Europhile who was also part of May"s campaign team.

Priti Patel and Justine Greening are likely to be moved up, Nicky Morgan to be moved out, Amber Rudd and Sajid Javid both thought to be likely to stay where they are.

I"d heap layer after layer after layer of caveats on top of all of that. Most of those predictions, some mine, some from others, are likely to be wrong!

It is a big and complicated process, and it"s likely that May"s team haven"t worked it all out yet. But the biggest question of all is whether or not this will be a reshuffle that tries to move on from the recent times, and ship out George Osborne, Michael Gove and Boris Johnson.

Some in Westminster think Theresa May, who prizes loyalty and trust, might be bold.

It would be bold to deny all three cabinet jobs, but would send a very strong message to the rest of the party that their way of doing politics, and the psycho drama of the campaign, is not how Theresa May wants things to work.

But the next prime minister also wants to symbolise experience, stability and unity. How to juggle all of that and build the right team at the same time is quite a task.

See Snoop Dogg Stumble on "Family Feud" Marijuana Question

Snoop Dogg And The Game Hold Peace Rally Alongside LAPD

Snoop Doggand his family squared off against boxer Sugar Ray Leonard and his brood on Sunday"s Celebrity Family Feud, where one of the questions aligned with one of the rapper"s areas of expertise: Marijuana. Unfortunately, the answers didn"t go Team Broadus" way.

Sidebar 10 Things We Learned at Snoop Dogg"s Denver Weed Launch

Host Steve Harvey asked, "Name something grandma might do if she caught grandpa smoking marijuana." Snoop hit the buzzer with lightning speed with the answer, "Put hands on him," an answer that needed further clarification from the judges. While "Beat His Old a**e" was the fourth most popular response in the survey, Leonard took control of the category with the Number Two answer, "Yell/Scold Him."

However, the Leonards were unable to guess all the correct answers, so Snoop Dogg and the Broadus family had one more shot at redemption. It did not go well, with Snoop guessing that grandma would recommend grandpa go into the weed-selling business. Unsurprisingly, the Leonards won the points in the round.

As a bonus, Celebrity Family Feud offered up Snoop"s full Fast Money round as a web exclusive. Snoop"s answers are, once again, unconventional: Needing one point for the win, Snoop was asked to name one place where you can find a pie. His response: A horse, an answer zero people surveyed responded with. Thankfully, despite Snoop"s attempts to conspire against them, the Broadus clan ended up victorious.
