YesJulz Launches Her Own Station on Dash Radio

Julieanna YesJulzGoddards hustle as Miamis premier party host and Snapchat queen is taking a turn into a new medium: radio. In between flying around the country and throwing her infamous 1AMVibes" party, the reigning It girl isbusy building her brand-new radio station on DJ Skees Dash Radio. Appropriately, it"s called 1AM Radio, and it debuted online August 2.

Im so excited, Goddard said as she waited at the airport, something she does an awful lot these days. This is something I can build with my friends, so its not just a YesJulz thing but an us thing. Its a station for us, by us... It"s music we want to hear. Theres no politics or whack song on there because somebody got a check for it. We are the gatekeepers. Were controlling it.

L.A.-based radio personality Scott Keeney, AKA DJ Skee, recognized Goddards potential and decided a one-hour time slot wasnt enough for her. 1AM Radio will consist of various blocks of original content including her own podcast, Never Not Working, and booming sets mixed by her choice of eclectic DJs. Fans can tune in to hear other close friends and associates like ILoveMakkonen, who will be hosting Monday Mornings With Makkonen, and Miami natives like Norma Now, Silent Addy of Eccentrix Sound, Ashley Outrageous, and Cristina Jerome, who will all have shows on the station.

The station aims to break freshrecords from many of Goddards friends, who happen to be indie artists like IAMSU!, LilYachty, and more. Julzis excited to go from telling DJs what to play at her 1AM Vibes parties tocommanding her own exclusive playlists from artists of all genres.

Although Dash Radio headquarters is in L.A.,Julz and her contributors will be able to spew dope content for the new audio channel from around the globe. With Miami as her home base, she aims to make the station fit her glowing persona as the connected, jet-setting professional.

Dash radio is for people just like me music lovers who are on the go Julz said. It couldn"t be a more perfect union."

Milwaukee Rioters Hunt Down, Attack Whites [VIDEO]

Several videosrecorded during last nights riot in Milwaukee appears to show black rioters hunting down white passerby to attack.

Multiple videos recorded by locals show a crowd of people apparently checking the race of passing drivers when deciding what cars they should attack. A collection of these videos were combined and uploaded to LiveLeak Sunday morning.

Isthey white? somebody shouts regarding a passing motorist.

Yeah they white, get they a*s! shouts another. The shouts continue, with one crowd member saying, Hey, they beating up every white person!

The crowd appears to surround a certain car and hit it, though the video makes it hard to see what damage, if any, is being inflicted.

Later, a rioter shouts bluntly, He white, beat his s**t, b***h!

The video isnt the only evidence of racially motivated violence in Milwaukee. Othervideosshowed rioters chanting Black power! while a building burns, or while smashing up a car.

The rioting in Milwaukee was initially sparked by the death of an armed criminal suspect at the hands of police, but many locals say the rioting is also motivated by more systemic issues such as segregation. In an interview with local news, one resident blamed rich people for not giving Milwaukees poor blacks enough money.

El ministro de Deportes de Rusia, Vitali Mutk, tach este domingo de "inhumana" la decisin de la Federacin Internacional de Atletismo (IAAF) de excluir de los Juegos Olmpicos a la saltadora de longitud Darya Klishina, la nica representante del atletismo ruso en Ro de Janeiro.

"No s cmo calificar esto, no s cmo la gente puede actuar as. Todo esto es inhumano", dijo Mutk, al destacar que lo que se ha hecho con la saltadora rusa "excede los lmites de la razn".

La IAAF, que excluy a todo el equipo ruso de atletismo por el escndalo de dopaje de Estado en Rusia, haba hecho una excepcin con Klishina, ya que la saltadora vive y se entrena en Estados Unidos desde 2013, pero ayer, en vista del surgimiento de "nuevos antecedentes", dej a la rusa fuera de la competicin.

Klshina present inmediatamente un recurso contra su exclusin ante el Tribunal de Arbitraje Deportivo, que debe resolver su situacin a ms tardar maana lunes.

"Si dejaron fuera a todo el equipo (de atletismo), podan haberla marginado a ella tambin. Pero le dieron esperanzas y posibilidades de competir, y ahora...", dijo Mutk.

Agreg que la ltima decisin de la IAAF es una demostracin de la "campaa de desprestigio que se ha desplegado contra el deporte ruso".

YesJulz s*x Tape: Release Of Explicit Video Could Threaten Growing Career Of The So-Called "Queen Of Snapchat"

YesJulz is embroiled in a s*x tape scandal after the Snapchat superstar had an explicit video hit the internet one that could threaten her exploding career and potentially lead to jail time for the person who leaked it.

The social media star, whose real name is Julieanna Goddard, made headlines back in July when a Florida model threatened to release sexually explicit images of YesJulz unless the Snapchat star paid $18,000, the Miami Herald reported. The report noted that 28-year-old Hencha Voigt was arrested on extortion charges along with 43-year-old Wesley Victor.

The report noted that the pair threatened YesJulz with the release of the explicit video and even sent a few pictures as proof that they had indeed hacked it. Police said Victor sent YesJulz a text that told her to send 18K cash you can have them back as I said you dope chick. I like your movment look if I feel any fun business game over your choice.

The issue was out in the public, and it had appeared that YesJulz addressed her s*x tape threat, but this week, a third party somehow got control of the explicit footage and leaked it to the internet. Its not clear if the leak was related to the arrested Voigt and Victor, but the unauthorized release could still mean serious jail time for whoever is responsible.

Federal agencies have taken a hardline approach to those who steal sexually explicit videos and extort the victims. In 2014, 20-year-old Jared James Abrahams was sentenced to 18 months in prison for his plot to gain access to the computers of a number of women, taking sexually explicit pictures and then making them pay money so he wouldnt release them.

As the New York Daily News noted, Abrahams plot hit Miss Teen USA Cassidy Wolf, who decided to fight back and contacted police rather than pay up. It was her help that allowed FBI to catch Abrahams.

As Bossip noted, the s*x tape could also have a big impact on the growing career of YesJulz. She has already suffered a hit on Twitter, which took away her verified check, the outlet noted.

Her deals with Puma and Pacsun, to name a few, could potentially suffer. With the footage being a top trending topic at the hour, and Julz going radio silent on all social platforms switching to private memes and commentary are naturally being made right and left.

The s*x tape leaked just weeks after YesJulz got her introduction to an audience far beyond Snapchat. The 26-year-old had been featured in a New York Times profile in late June, noting her quickly rising stature within the world of social media stardom.

In doing so, she has accrued a social media fan base including more than 365,000 followers on Instagram, 111,000 on Twitter and 8,800 on Facebook. But it is her Snapchat figure that has set her apart as the latest iteration of the social media star. Unlike the other three platforms, Snapchat does not post the number of followers on a users page. According to her publicist, she has 300,000 viewers (a figure that Snapchat would neither confirm nor deny).

YesJulz also got some high praise from the Huffington Post, which called her the Queen of Snapchat in an April profile.

YesJulz described herself as a mix of celebrity and promoter, telling the New York Times that shes an influencer for brands.

YesJulz has responded to the s*x tape scandal already, saying on Instagram that it was a video she filmed with ex-boyfriend one year ago and that she was devastated that this video was intentionally leaked.

He poured a glass of red wine and then said: "Here"s me, all your crazy."

Miss Heard said "Did you drink all that this morning?"

She appeared to be filming the incident without Mr Depp"s knowledge.

He then spotted the camera and seemed to grab it, saying "Oh you got this going? Oh really" before the footage ended.

The footage appeared on the TMZ website the day before Miss Heard was due to give a deposition in the case in Los Angeles.

Sources close to Mr Depp told TMZ the video was "heavily edited."

They said there were parts of the footage where Miss Heard could be seen "smiling and egging him on".

Popular doll retailer American Girl will open temporary store locations at seven new metro mall locations across the country in time for the Christmas holiday shopping season, including one coming to Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh.

The new American Girl doll store in Raleigh will be opening for business on Oct. 1 and will remain open through Jan. 31.

The 5,500-square-foot Raleigh store will be located in the former location of Rack Room Shoes near the mall entrance into Sears and near the malls childrens play area and Santa Claus station during the holidays. Rack Room Shoes has relocated to a store space near Macys.

American Girl is also opening temporary holiday locations at shopping malls in Detroit, Indianapolis, San Antonio, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Portland.

The store in Raleigh will be opening with a two-day grand opening event on Oct. 1 and Oct. 2 that will require tickets for entrance, says Brian Asbill, a spokesman for the mall. The store will begin distributing tickets one hour before store opening on Saturday for as many customers as its managers estimate it can accommodate per day. It will be the same process for Oct. 2. Each child visiting the store will also receive a complimentary gift while supplies last.

Asbill says hes not sure about American Girls long-term plans for store expansion or what the chances are that it could decide to make a temporary store like the one in Raleigh more permanent.

Wed certainly love to have them, he says.

American Girl, a division of toy giant Mattel Inc. (Nasdaq: MAT), sells dolls, accessories, books and clothes targeting young girls ages 3 to 12.

It currently has 22 larger-format store locations in malls across the U.S., Canada and Mexico, including one at SouthPark mall in Charlotte, where girls can also host birthday parties, tea parties and special events.

It was unclear Sunday how much damage has been caused by the flooding.

Heavy rains in parts of North Carolina prompted several water rescues over the weekend and flooded a mall parking lot in Raleigh.

More than 5 inches of rain fell Saturday on parts of North Carolina, prompting several water rescues from flash floods across Wake County.

The National Weather Service reported that one female and three children were rescued from a minivan on King Lawrence Road in Cary. Another report from Cary said people were being rescued from a flooded home on East Park Street.

On social media, several photos showed high water at the Crabtree Mall in Raleigh. In West Raleigh, the National Weather Service also reported a water rescue at I-440 Westbound and James Franklin Road.

Ongoing Flooding

On Sunday, the National Weather Service said law enforcement was reporting ongoing flooding Raleigh, with several vehicles still submerged on Atlantic Avenue near the intersectionof Hodges Street. Officials cautioned that the area will remain impassable until flood waters receded this afternoon.

North Carolina Emergency Management told weather.com that it is unclear how much damage has been caused by the flooding and no reports of injuries have been confirmed at this time.

As of Sunday, more than 2,000 people were still without power in the Raleigh area and firefighters said lightning caused a house fire, according to ABC11.

weather.com meteorologist Chris Dolce says isolated thunderstorms are possible the next couple of days in the Raleigh-Durham area, but will likely be typical pop-up afternoon storms.
