Italyhave been dealt a huge blow with influential midfielder Antonio Candreva ruled out due to a groin injury.
Antonio Conte made eight changes for Italy"s1-0 defeat to the Republic of Ireland on Wednesday, with qualification to the last 16 already assured.
Juventus stalwart Giorgio Chiellini will return to partner club teammates Andrea Barzagli and Leonardo Bonucci.
Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque used the same starting line-up in the first three matches and is not expected to make any changes.

The clash of the round as two heavyweights collide. If recent history is anything to go by, Spain will be feeling the more confident, their superiority symbolised by the thumping 4-0 win in the Euro 2012 final.
And with Andres Iniesta excelling and Alvaro Morata regularly scoring, the defeat to Croatia should not leave a mark. Italy will hope the same applies to them after making lots of changes for the loss to the Republic of Ireland.
With few impressing, the original lot will come back to try and find the level they did against Belgium. With three familiar stalwarts at the back for Antonio Conte, Italy may sit deep to try and frustrate.
