The diet stresses eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and even some low-fat dairy items while minimizing salt intake.

Weight Watchers also continues to hold a top spot, ranking #1 in weight loss diets by a panel of experts in various health fields including diabetes, weight loss, nutrition, heart health, and diet.
