AKRON -- Although authorities have provided no identifications of those who died in Tuesdays fiery Akron plane crash, family members at the scene tell WKYC they believe their sister is among the victims.

The family says when they heard details of the plane crash, they pieced everything together and are confident their 50-year-old sister, Diane Smoot, was on board the plane.

They came out of Fort Lauderdale," family member Beth Blakesleetells WKYC"s Alyssa Raymond."She works for a property management company. The executives, which shes one of from that company, were looking at different properties to purchase up around the Midwest. They had originally started in Fort Lauderdale on Monday morning.

Smoot worked for Pebb Enterprises based in Boca Raton, Fla. The last time they spoke with her was Monday night before she left for a business trip. Pebb Enterprises released a statement Wednesday morning confirming that seven of their employees were killed in the crash.

"I"m still in shock," Blakeslee says. "It still hasn"t hit me."

Smoot has 21-year-old twins, according to her family.

The family tells WKYC they came from out of state to the crash site on Mogadore Road in Akron seeking answers.

Sources say there were nine people on board the plane.There were no survivors in the crash, which happened shortly before 3 p.m. Nobody on the ground was hurt despite the plane crashing into a small apartment complex, which burst into flames.
