RAW: Footage of Chicago police shooting Paul O’Neal
Earlier today, the Chicago Police Department released graphic body-cam video showing the officer involved shooting of Paul ONeal, an 18-year-old black man shot by officers on July 28 after he rammed officers with a stolen car.
According to reports, the police are bracing for civil unrest:

And this looks to be from the dashcam of one of the patrol cars and shows the officer shooting into ONeals car after the collision between ONeal and the officers patrol car:
As you can see, ONeal stolen car was totaled in the collision:
Video also captured officers allegedly celebrating after the shooting:
Although we have yet to see any video of the actual shooting:
