The Modern Family star wears a blue bikini top and shows off a very enhanced bust as she sips a drink in the snap.
The teenager went public last June with her decision to have her b*****s reduced from a size 32F to a 34D.
The 5"1"" star had been taping down her chest on set to play nerdy Alex Dunphy for years, after developing suddenly when she was 15, she told Glamour magazine.

And Ariel said her large b*****s also caused terrible back and neck pain. It was hard to find clothing that fit, and that she hated the unwanted sexual attention from her shape at such a young age, she explained.
The actress - who was removed from her mother Crystal Workman"s care amid allegations of abuse in 2012 - had the rest of her family by her side as she graduated from high school on Monday.
"Family. None of this would ever have been possible without them. So grateful!" she captioned a proud Instagram post.
Ariel has lived with sister Shanelle Workman and her family since becoming legally emancipated from her mother.

Ariel - who has previously said her dream is to become a lawyer- also excitedly shared news that she will be attending UCLA in the fall.
The actress has also been busy filming her upcoming movie Dog Years in Los Angeles.
The teen has been sporting a goth look with bright red hair and nose ring for the film, which also stars Burt Reynolds.
She shared a snap from set on Thursday, wearing a ripped crop top and tiny jean shorts, and covered in fake tattoos.
